This Privacy Policy explains how Maven Realty Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our project information websites or submit an enquiry through any of them.

This policy is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements.

1. Who we are (Data Fiduciary)

Webfluence Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd (GSTIN 29AADCW6177G1ZV, CIN U62099KA2023PTC177995) acts as our Data Processor for website operations and marketing support, processing data only on our written instructions.

2. What data we collect

• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, WhatsApp number.
• Preference: the project and configuration you enquired about.
• Technical: IP, browser, device, page viewed, timestamps (server logs).
• Usage: aggregated analytics via cookies (see Section 8).

We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government IDs (Aadhaar, PAN), passwords, biometric data, or health information through our forms. Please do not share such data with us.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to the enquiry you submitted.
• To share project information (brochure, floor plans, RERA details).
• To schedule a site visit and follow up on your interest.
• To comply with legal obligations under RERA, IT Act, and DPDP Act.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Legal basis (DPDP §6)

We process your personal data on the basis of your specific, informed, freely given, and unconditional consent recorded at the time of form submission. You may withdraw consent at any time (Section 7).

5. Who we share it with

• The developer of the project you enquired about (so they can include you in their official sales pipeline).
• Our internal sales / follow-up team.
• Webfluence as our data processor.
• Hosting and email service providers, under data-processing agreements.
• Government authorities, if required by law.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks for cross-context behavioural advertising.

6. How long we keep it

• Active enquiries: until closed plus 24 months for follow-up.
• Booked customers: as required under RERA, GST, and Income Tax Act (typically 7–8 years).
• Server logs: 90 days unless extended for security investigation.

7. Your rights (DPDP §11–14)

• Access, correct, or update your personal data.
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention duties).
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Lodge a grievance with us (Section 9) and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
